Welcome to Revest Analyzer, a real estate investment analysis application operated by Trajectory Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated through your use of the app.

Account and Authentication Data

When you create an account or sign in, we collect:

• Your email address, whether provided directly, through Google Sign-In, or through Apple Sign-In.
• Your display name, if provided through a sign-in method.
• Authentication tokens required to maintain your signed-in session.

When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password. Google's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

When you sign in using Apple Sign-In, we receive an identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address. Apple may provide you with a private relay email address. Apple's use of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Property and Analysis Data

The property details, financial figures, and analysis results you enter and save within the app are stored on our servers. This includes deal names, addresses, purchase prices, income figures, expense estimates, and computed results. This data is associated with your account and is used solely to provide you with the app's functionality.

Subscription and Purchase Data

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may collect information about your subscription status, purchase history, and device identifiers to verify entitlements and process renewals. Usage and Diagnostic Data

We may collect anonymized usage information, such as which features are used and how often, to help us improve the app. This data does not identify you personally.

Waitlist Email Collection

If you submit your email address through the Android waitlist form on our marketing website, that email address is collected and stored solely to notify you when an Android version of the app becomes available. We will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and provide access to the app's features.
• Sync and back up your saved property analyses across devices.
• Verify and manage your subscription status and entitlements.
• Respond to your support requests and communications.

Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect your personal information against accidental loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the app, including Supabase (data storage) and RevenueCat (subscription management). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to perform services on our behalf.
• Authentication providers: When you use Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, limited data is exchanged with those providers as described above.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or protect the safety of our users.
• Business transfer: If Trajectory Labs is acquired, merged, or its assets are transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via the email address associated with your account.

We retain your account information and saved property analyses for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the app's services. Waitlist email addresses will be retained until we have notified you of the Android launch, after which you may request removal at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your Rights and Choices
